AMC is pleased to announce a new speaker session in its lineup for THRIVE, the 50th Annual AMC Convention & Trade Show.
Bridget Bohan, Director, Business Development, Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen), will present NGen and IMCN: Collaborating to Create Opportunities for Indigenous Manufacturers.
Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen) develops connections and collaborative relationships among advanced manufacturing clusters across Canada including the Indigenous Manufacturing and Construction Network (IMCN), Canada’s first Indigenous Manufacturers Cluster. In this session, learn more about IMCN, its founding members, and how NGen and IMCN are working together to develop training opportunities for Indigenous youth, share best practices in manufacturing management and technology adoption, and generate new business opportunities for Indigenous manufacturers.
Bridget is a true entrepreneur with over 25 years of successfully creating and selling businesses, making NGen her fourth start-up. She plays a vital role in NGen’s Cluster Building Funding stream, and her honed creativity and entrepreneurial skills help her to forge partnerships that deliver meaningful programs and value to advanced manufacturing stakeholders across the country.
